- Oversee and manage inventory and fixed assets
- Handle petty cash and coordinate with the internal team for advance requests and settlements
- Review sales/shop commission
- Process weekly payments to suppliers and employees
- Issue invoices to relevant parties
- Reconcile the general ledger of the balance sheet items including accruals/prepayments and supplier balances
- Support the team during month-end closing activities
- Perform tasks assigned by managers
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Finance Economics or other related field.
- Proficiency in English both written and spoken
- Communication skills and liaising effectively with co-workers and vendors
- Interpersonal skills time management and highly motivated
- Strong analytical and multi-tasking skills
- Strong proficiency in written and spoken English is necessary
- Has initiative is flexible to evolving needs and is able to work under pressure
- Able to work independence and work as a team
- Good working knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP
- Skill in MS Office G-sheet and google slide.
- SQL is a plus
