Job Summary
The Department of Homologation of Passenger cars Light Commercial Vehicles & Components is looking for an Homologation Engineer to join the team at Idiadas Headquarters.
He/she will be specifically dedicated to the testing and certification of passenger cars vehicles according to regulations applicable for passive safety.
He/she will be responsible for the following tasks:
- To deal with the clients in order to understand their needs and to manage the certification projects.
- To perform and witness tests according to the specific regulations applicable for passive safety.
- To analyze the technical documentation and prepare the related test reports
Qualifications :
Profile
- Knowledge in automotive technology is a must.
- Knowledge in passive safety is highly valued.
- Knowledge in automotive regulations/standards would be an asset.
Academic training
- Bachelors degree or masters degree in Mechanical Engineering Automotive industry or similar.
Languages
- High level of English and Spanish
- Knowledge in other languages would be an asset.
