Job Summary
The Product Experience (PX) Co-op role is a 30-day entry level role reporting to the PX Manager or Lead. This role provides collaborative contributions to software support and training initiatives. The PX Coordinator is a highly motivated and technical individual capable of learning Deighton processes and dTIMS software quickly to minimize Time to Value (TtV).
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand Deighton value proposition and client base
- Understand the dTIMS product suite
- Provide Level I support for one dTIMS Product
- Attend cross functional team meetings as required
- Develop dTIMS training artifact/s
- Support training content creation for all products as required
- Be a lifelong learner and develop your skills continuously
Qualifications & Skills:
- You are an excellent communicator with the ability to articulate ideas clearly in discussions and presentations. You are proficient in writing emails creating reports and documentation.
- Critical thinking and analytical skills to identify issues and propose solutions
- Skills in prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently to meet deadlines
- Capability to gather analyze and aggregate information effectively
- Willingness to take on responsibilities and seek out opportunities for learning and growth
- Ability to build professional relationships and connect with peers and mentors
- Ability to work effectively in teams
