Job Summary
FCM Pavullo nel Frignano is looking for a Facility Management Specialist to join its Facility / General Services function.
Role Description
The selected candidate will support the operational management of the companys physical infrastructures contributing to the coordination of maintenance activities and the proper functioning of workplace services ensuring business continuity and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the coordination of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance activities related to:
- heating and air conditioning systems
- electrical plumbing and fire protection systems
- buildings fixtures office furniture and fittings
- Acting as an interface with internal technicians and external suppliers for maintenance interventions.
- Supporting the coordination of the local Reception service ensuring service continuity and efficiency.
- Providing operational support in case of emergencies that may affect business continuity contributing to the prompt and effective resolution of issues.
- Supporting activities related to the management and strategic planning of the companys real estate assets including the update and maintenance of technical documentation.
- Collaborating on topics related to Facility Management General Services Maintenance and Health & Safety (H&S).
Qualifications :
- Degree in Civil Building or Environmental Engineering or Architecture;
- Interest in facility management general services and building maintenance activities;
- Good knowledge of MS Office;
- Good knowledge of technical drawing software particularly AutoCAD;
- Good command of the English language.

- Previous experience in the field is preferred.
