About the Role:
A hands-on leadership role overseeing multi-site operations coaching staff managing performance and supporting employment outcomes. Youll balance team leadership with a small caseload driving quality compliance and strong stakeholder relationships.

Youre a confident people-focused leader with experience in employment services or the disability/not-for-profit sector. You balance operational oversight with hands-on support communicate clearly and lead with empathy. Youre outcomes-driven comfortable managing performance and committed to quality compliance and positive employment outcomes for clients.
