About the Role:

A hands-on leadership role overseeing multi-site operations coaching staff managing performance and supporting employment outcomes. Youll balance team leadership with a small caseload driving quality compliance and strong stakeholder relationships.

Role Responsibilities:

• Oversee operations across all sites ensuring compliance and quality
• Lead coach and support staff performance and development
• Manage onboarding training and workforce coverage as needed
• Monitor KPIs outcomes and file quality to drive improvement
• Maintain staff engagement wellbeing and positive team culture
• Manage a small client caseload supporting job retention and progression
• Build strong employer community and referral relationships
• Resolve client employer and operational issues effectively

About You:

Youre a confident people-focused leader with experience in employment services or the disability/not-for-profit sector. You balance operational oversight with hands-on support communicate clearly and lead with empathy. Youre outcomes-driven comfortable managing performance and committed to quality compliance and positive employment outcomes for clients.

Selection Criteria:

• Experience leading teams or programs ideally within employment disability or community services.
• Relevant qualification in Community Services Employment Services Disability Support or similar (Cert IV or above) or equivalent industry experience.
• Coaching mentoring and team-building skills.
• Ability to manage performance compliance and quality standards across multiple sites.
• Current drivers license and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or ability to obtain).
