Job Summary
New car dealer is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in automotive sales management and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Located in LAGRANGE IL this role offers a competitive compensation package ranging from $100000.00 to $200000.00 per year.
Responsibilities
- Lead coach and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to grow market share and maximize profitability.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the sales floor ensuring a customer-focused environment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients suppliers and key stakeholders.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to analyze sales metrics and develop data-driven strategies.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid drivers license and the ability to travel as needed.
