This position is responsible for leading Development Sciences integration activities associated with acquisitions and organizational changes. The role plans coordinates and executes comprehensive integration strategies that are aligned with the Development Sciences strategic objectives. This position requires consistent application of best practices and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver optimal outcomes. Key focuses include effective communications and proactive change management to minimize disruption and risk during transitions while safeguarding business continuity throughout the integration lifecycle. This role will directly impact the success of integration and organizational change efforts within Development Sciences to ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee integration activities related to acquisitions and organizational changes ensuring seamless assimilation of people processes and systems.
- Develop implement and maintain comprehensive integration strategies that reflect Development Sciences standards and business objectives.
- Establish and execute tailored communication plans to address the unique needs of each integration initiative.
- Take accountability for guiding teams through effective and efficient change management processes.
- Identify assess and mitigate risks; develop and implement contingency plans as necessary.
- Ensure ongoing alignment and engagement of stakeholders throughout all phases of integration or organizational change initiatives.
- Champion cultural integration and support smooth transitions for all impacted employees within Development Sciences.
- Create maintain and continuously improve the Development Sciences-specific integration process framework resources and tools.
- Collaborate with other Integration Leads to share learnings and implement best practices across teams.
- Report to a director-level leader manage matrix teams and may supervise 12 direct reports providing guidance and oversight to ensure successful project execution.

Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree (or ex-US equivalent) is required typically in scientific field. An Associates degree/R.N. (or ex-US equivalent) with relevant experience is acceptable
- 8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in a variety of roles associated with drug development (research and development commercial project management operations) Minimum of 2 years supporting cross-functional teams in a core function (Program Management Development Regulatory Operations)
- Developing leadership skills
- Good communication skills both written and oral
- Strong project management experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Preferred: Experience with both global and regional teams in the pharmaceutical industry demonstration of leading a global team PMP Change management Lean Six Sigma or process improvement experience desirable
