Job Summary

Operations Analyst - Contract Role

Were partnering with a growing organization that is expanding its internal operations and seeking an Operations Analyst to support process buildout financial tracking and operational continuity. This is a newly created role designed to provide coverage documentation and analytical support as the business scales.

The ideal candidate is a strong Excel-driven analyst who enjoys organizing complexity building systems and partnering with technical teams to translate data into clean reliable records.

What Youll Do

Support senior operations leadership by managing financial and operational tracking
Own and maintain spreadsheets related to project costs revenues and P&L
Perform reconciliations across multiple data sources and support financial planning activities
Design and improve tracking tools and workflows as processes mature
Coordinate with project teams and engineers to gather validate and translate data
Document processes procedures and system designs; assist with training and knowledge transfer
Support vendor coordination and ensure records are accurate and auditable
Provide coverage and continuity during absences by keeping operations organized and documented

What Were Looking For

510 years of experience in financial analysis finance operations or operational analytics
Strong Excel skills required; Tableau experience helpful (Power BI a plus not required)
Experience tracking costs revenues and financial performance (not a pure accounting role)
Comfortable designing your own tracking systems and improving evolving processes
Able to work independently raise questions and learn quickly in a growing environment
Strong documentation and communication skills
