About the Role
The University of Wollongong (UOW) is seeking an Educational Operations Officer to provide coordination and specialist operational support across educational initiatives transformation activities and strategic projects within the Academic Services Division.
In this role you will support planning documentation stakeholder engagement and implementation of projects that enhance educational delivery and student outcomes including contributing to Student Careers and Work Integrated Learning (WIL) activities. You will work closely with a range of internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication accurate record-keeping and continuous improvement of processes.
About You
You will have relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience strong communication and organisational skills and experience supporting projects or programsideally within a higher education environment. You are detail-oriented comfortable using digital systems and able to manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality customer service.
