JOB- Project Engineer

LOCATION- Liverpool

TERM- Permanent

SALARY(Dependant on experience)

My client is a manufacturer in the machinery and process sector. They are looking for a Project Engineer to join their team in Liverpool on a permanent basis.

The Project Engineer will ideally have the following attributes:

HND/ Degree qualified in Engineering / a similar STEM subject
3 or more years experience in Project Engineering from working in a similar role or environment
Experienced working in a highly regulated industry
Proficient with using MS Office
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Flexible to travel as part of the role as required
Engaged enthusiastic and proactive with a systematic approach to work
Able to work well alone as well as in a team

The Project Engineer role will involve:

As a hands-on Project Engineer you will be taking designs and implementing them
Technical assessment analysis and review of full lifecycle projects
Scheduling cost and quality control
Line managing direct reports
Mentoring others
Communicating with customers to ensure specifications are met
Supporting the Project Manager
Involved in purchasing for projects and chasing suppliers as and when required
Preparing the required project related documentation & drawings
