Contract Type: Permanent and 12 Month Fixed Term positions available

Working Hours: 37 hours per week

Worker Type: Hybrid Worker

Salary: Starting Salary is 26824 (Level one) rising to 27694 (Level 2) per annum (pro rata for part-time)

About the Role

Are you a confident professional individual with exceptional organisational skills Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and being part of a dynamic team If so this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
We have a fantastic opening within our Service Delivery Team HR Support. As an administrator youll play a key role in supporting HR colleagues and teams. Your responsibilities will include:

Financial administration
Data input and record management
Supporting meetings (including minute-taking)
Organising events
Handling a variety of enquiries

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

Excellent communication skills confident on the phone and clear in writing
Strong IT skills especially Microsoft Office packages
Attention to detail accurate processing of both manual and computerised records
Great organisational ability able to prioritise and manage your workload effectively
