Job Summary
Your mission
To strengthen our team at our headquarters in Gronau we are looking for an experienced Marketing Specialist (m/f/d). The position is available for32-40 hours a week.
As a Marketing Specialist (m/f/d) you play a central role in our marketing operations and a crucial role in supporting our sales department. Because of this you will be reporting directly to our Head of Sales. You ensure that all marketing activities are well-coordinated and maintain an overview of ongoing projects. You coordinate between internal teams and external partners to ensure marketing activities are delivered consistently and to a high standard.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Create marketing materials (flyers brochures presentations social media content)
- Coordinate and liaise with external agencies and service providers
- Plan and organize marketing events and related promotional materials
- Analyze reports and prepare relevant key figures in a structured manner
- Support and implement employer & company branding initiatives
- Take responsibility for all administrative and organizational marketing tasks
Your profile
- Several years of professional experience in marketing
- Strong organizational skills and experience in project or agency coordination
- Proficiency in German Dutch and English; Turkish skills are a plus
- Independent structured working style with a hands-on mentality
- Good knowledge of MS Office; experience with common tools such as Canva or ERP systems
