Job Summary
BAYADAHome Health Care has an opening for aWeekendRN Registered Nurseto performhome healthvisitswith ourNorth Boston Senior Living team.
This office delivers exceptional care topatients living in senior living communities (assisted living / independent living) throughout the North Shore and Merrimac Valley area.
Schedule: a combination of weekend days that include Friday Saturday Sunday or Monday.
Please note: As this is mostly a Home Health SOC / Admission RN position prior or current experience in Medicare-certified Home Health and OASIS documentation is required.
RN Registered Nurse Home Health Visits Qualifications:
- A current license as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts
- A minimum of one year of recent verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
- Prior home health / OASIS documentation experience strongly preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
- Ability to travel to cases as assigned.

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:
- Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patients needs
- Makehome visits to clients in designated geographic territories
- This position may also include seeing clients in the traditional home health community setting
- Perform assigned duties including administration of medication wound care treatments and procedures
- Monitor clients conditions; reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager
- Follow up with execute and properly document doctors orders
- Perform client assessments as necessary
- Case management and coordination
- Accurately document observations interventions and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided
Additional Information:
- Pay: $58-64 per productivity point based on experience and negotiable
- Mileage reimbursement
