Collaborate with your team members to consistently meet performance targets and high customer satisfaction goals.
Maintain a helpful and empathetic tone during all interactions to ensure an excellent customer experience.

Requirements

Native-level proficiency in German.
Excellent command of English (C1 level).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an empathetic approach.
Customer-focused mindset with a drive to find the best solutions.
Basic computer literacy and the ability to adapt to new internal systems.
Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus but not mandatory.
