Flemish Speaking Cloud Solutions Specialist
Introduction We are partnering with a leading global Outsourcing/BPO company to recruit a Flemish-speaking Cloud Solutions Specialist for their operations in Spain. This is a high-level technical sales role where you will act as a Solution Area Specialist driving the adoption of Microsoft Cloud services. Responsibilities
- Drive sales opportunities by leveraging advanced (Level 300) knowledge of Microsoft solution areas including Modern Workplace Data & BI Apps & Infra and Business Applications.
- Secure new customer wins for Cloud by maximizing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with Sales Agents and Partner Connection Managers.
- Present compelling Microsoft Cloud value propositions aligned with customer business objectives and IT initiatives.
- Provide technical product overviews and deep insights tailored to specific customer needs and usage scenarios.
- Position competitive offerings and solutions in the context of customer needs and experiences.
- Audit implementation requirements and pricing calculations to ensure customers receive accurate cost projections for new services.
- Conduct technical demonstrations over Microsoft Teams to showcase business value.
- Execute quick technical feasibility assessments and develop proposals for identified customer solutions.
- Act as the key technical contact for the telesales team conducting both group and one-on-one training.
- Meet and exceed monthly quarterly and annual targets for net-new revenue and sales pipeline.
- Stay current with the newest developments in cloud capabilities and competitor pricing through continuous research.
Requirements
- C1/C2 level proficiency in Flemish and B2/C1 level in English.
- 3-6 years of technology-related sales or business development experience (technical sales or presales preferred).
- Bachelors degree required (Computer Science Mathematics or Engineering is a bonus); Masters degree preferred.
- Minimum Microsoft Fundamentals certification required; L200 certification is highly preferred.
- Broad knowledge of cloud technical architecture identity authentication security and compliance.
- Experience with cloud-based productivity collaboration and communications solution design and migration.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical solutions to non-technical audiences.
- Success-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced multicultural team environment.
