Deputy Chief MIT Box Hill

In this dynamic position youll work closely with the Chief MIT and Clinical Director to guide and inspire a highperforming team ensuring our clinic operates seamlessly every day. Youll bring advanced capability in at least one key modalitywhether its General CT MRI Mammography and use your expertise to mentor others drive excellence and maintain the highest clinical standards.

Youll help shape the clinical and commercial success of the practice overseeing daily workflow coordinating staffing and rosters monitoring service quality and ensuring our strategic goals come to life.

A key part of your role will be building strong positive relationships with staff fostering a motivated and engaged culture and supporting team members with regular feedback coaching development plans and ongoing CPD opportunities.

As a trusted leader youll act as the goto contact in the Chief MITs absence keeping communication flowing across staff patients and referrers while ensuring our clinic runs efficientlyfrom inventory management to quality systems from correct billing practices to supporting hiring onboarding and training.

Youll collaborate closely with modality nursing and admin teams to ensure every clinical and nonclinical need is met and youll proudly represent the practice through educational and commercial initiatives.

• Proven experience as a senior radiographer ready to take the next step in their career
• Strong leadership skills with demonstrated success in coaching mentoring and developing team members
• Clinical excellence in providing high-quality imaging examinations across a broad patient mix with a strong focus on patient safety and welfare
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to foster positive relationships with staff patients and key stakeholders
• Sound problem-solving and decision-making ability with the confidence to exercise initiative and professional judgement
• Commercial acumen with a proven ability to optimise workflow and resources while maintaining the highest standards of patient care
• Current AHPRA registration with a commitment to ongoing professional development
