Job Summary
Overview
Guard-Systems Inc. offers a full range of security services including consulting investigations concierge services strike force operations security surveys vulnerability assessments and other security related programs.
Job Skills / Requirements
- Provide On-Site supervision of security personnel.
- Maintain security policies and procedures throughout all shifts guards and circumstances.
- Coordinate with Management on Creating and Improving site specific protocols.
- Attend to all active security duties
- Confirm officer schedules and coordinate with Operations Manager
- Attend Board Meetings for quality assurance.
- Daily audit of all conducted Patrol Live patrols and tours for quality and quantity assurance.
- Manage an open line of communication by creating a chain-of-command structure to ensure appropriation of orders.
- Mentor and manage all members of staff to create a positive working environment.
- Support security team on off-hours in case of emergency.
- Provide feedback to corporate regarding recognition awards and appreciation bonuses.
- Motivate on-site team and coordinate team needs to GSI Management.
- Provide solutions to complex issues and coordinate with GSI on further implementation.
Education Requirements (All)
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Bachelors Degree
Associates Degree
