Job Summary
The CT Technologist will perform high-quality computed tomography (CT) imaging procedures in accordance with established protocols and safety standards. This role requires strong technical expertise attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform CT scans following physician orders and departmental protocols
Ensure accurate patient positioning and proper use of imaging equipment
Maintain patient safety and comfort throughout imaging procedures
Operate and troubleshoot CT imaging equipment
Adhere to radiation safety and infection control guidelines
Accurately document procedures and patient information
Communicate effectively with radiologists and clinical staff
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of CT Technologist experience
ARRT (CT) registration required
BLS certification (AHA required)
Strong knowledge of CT imaging protocols and equipment
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
