Key Responsibilities
Project Execution

Prepare complex engineering deliverables for large or multiple concurrent projects

Conduct research to support equipment and material selection

Perform complex engineering calculations using established methods and standards
-
Develop and manage project budgets schedules and quality requirements across multiple disciplines
-
Lead production teams coordinate cross-discipline activities and serve as Engineer of Record or Responsible Charge as applicable
Client Interface

Identify key client priorities and project drivers for moderately complex assignments
-
Communicate client concerns to project teams and develop effective technical solutions
-
Support business development proposals and pursuit activities
-
Manage project changes directly with clients under the guidance of the Project Manager
Technical Leadership
-
Lead large multi-discipline teams to successfully meet project deliverables
-
Provide technical input and guidance for complex water and wastewater treatment projects
-
Drive innovative practical solutions to meet project objectives
Management Responsibilities
Preferred Qualifications
-
Professional Engineer (PE) license
-
Prior experience in engineering consulting
-
Proven experience delivering multi-discipline water and wastewater treatment plant (WTP/WWTP) upgrades and expansion projects
Minimum Qualifications
-
Bachelors degree in Engineering from an accredited institution
-
Minimum of 5 years of related professional experience
-
Ability to successfully complete pre-employment onboarding requirements which may include background checks drug screening and motor vehicle record reviews in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Work Environment / Physical Demands
-
Hybrid or flexible work arrangements may be available after the first 90 days based on business needs performance and manager discretion

Prolonged periods of sitting standing and computer use
-
Ability to effectively use video and audio conferencing tools for internal and external collaboration

Travel to client sites as required
