Job Description

• Support complex commercial real estate and multifamily housing transactions from start to finish
• Assist with acquisitions dispositions development projects joint ventures and financing matters
• Draft review and revise real estate agreements closing documents and ancillary transaction materials
• Coordinate due diligence and closings with clients lenders and outside counsel
• Collaborate closely with partners and senior attorneys on high-value fast-moving deals

Qualifications

• 1 years of transactional commercial real estate experience
• Experience with multifamily development or financing transactions preferred
• Strong drafting editing and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters in a deadline-driven environment
• Licensed to practice law in New York or eligible for admission
