Registered Nurse Manager - Emergency Department

Registered Nurse Manager candidates for the Emergency Services opportunity will have the following job responsibilities:
- Clinical Leadership & Operations: Supervise ER nursing staff including hiring training and performance evaluations. Optimize patient flow and manage daily staffing schedules.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure department compliance with state federal and hospital regulations including Joint Commission standards.
- Quality Improvement: Analyze develop and implement policies and procedures for improved patient outcomes safety and efficiency.
- Resource Management: Monitor and manage equipment supplies and budget allocations to ensure cost-effective high-quality care.
- Collaboration: Liaison with physicians administrative leadership and other departments to ensure effective communication and care coordination.

Registered Nurse Manager - Emergency Department

Registered Nurse Manager candidates for the Emergency Services opportunity must meet the following minimum job qualifications:
- 3 years of Acute Care (Within the last year) ED Leadership experience required (Charge Nurse of ED experience is acceptable). * Would consider strong ICU charge experience
- Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 60 days of employment start date
- Basic Cardiac Life Support
- NIH Stroke Scale must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
- PALS Pediatric Adv Life Supt must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
- (RN) Registered Nurse
- Bachelors Degree
- Advanced Trauma Care for Nurse or Trauma Nursing Core Course must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
