Join our esteemed boutique defense client in Dunwoody GA seeking their next motivated and talented Attorney.

We are seeking an Associate with the desire or experience in transpiration law practice.

High-level Overview

Who You Are:

You are already good and want to become great at what you do - litigate
You have general litigation experience but a strong desire to practice transportation law OR
You are experienced in transportation/trucking (a plus) bodily injury product liability and premises liability seeking more practice experience

What You Bring:

2-5 stable years of general litigation/defense experience - transportation (trucking defense) a plus
Self-starter to proactively manage a litigation caseload helping oversee cases from inception to close
Comfortable drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings drafting and arguing motions as well as conducting and defending depositions
Strong writing and analytical skills to manage multiple priorities and caseloads
Juris Doctorate (J.D.) and Admission and good standing with the State of GA Bar
