Rate of Pay: 13.34 - 17.24 per hour
Summary:
The Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining clean safe and well-presented buildings and surrounding areas. The role involves general caretaking duties cleaning basic maintenance and supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the premises ensuring a high standard of service for residents and visitors.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out cleaning duties across communal areas offices and facilities
- Ensure buildings and grounds are kept clean safe and secure at all times
- Undertake basic maintenance and minor repairs where required
- Carry out health and safety checks and report any hazards or defects
- Assist with setting up rooms for meetings or events
- Manage waste disposal and recycling in line with procedures
Essentials:
- Proven cleaning experience
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
- Good understanding of health and safety procedures
- Reliable flexible and practical approach to work

- You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
- You should have right to work in U.K
