Makeup Artist (Turkish Speaking)

Introduction

A leading global B2B solution provider is looking for a creative and professional Turkish-speaking Makeup Artist for their high-end gaming studios in Belgrade. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring that all on-camera talent looks flawless and professional adhering to strict broadcast standards. Responsibilities

On-Camera Styling: Perform professional makeup and hairstyling according to company standards including specialized tattoo coverage to ensure a perfect appearance for the camera.
Maintenance & Upkeep: Proactively retouch makeup and hairstyles throughout shifts and maintain the cleanliness and sanitization of all work tools and the workspace.
Inventory Management: Monitor and manage stock levels of materials and beauty accessories ensuring equipment is used and stored correctly.
Staff Training: Guide and train employees on company appearance and grooming standards to ensure brand consistency.
Reporting & Communication: Use company channels to track and report on styling activities and respond promptly to requests during working hours.
Employee Experience: Create a welcoming and positive experience for staff through a friendly attitude and professional conduct.

Requirements

Languages: Native or fluent in Turkish (C1 level) with at least B1 proficiency in English.
Experience: 1 years of hands-on professional experience in makeup application and hairstyling.
Certification: Must hold a professional diploma or certification in hairstyling makeup or a related artistic field.
Flexibility: Willingness to work across various shifts within a 24/7 operating environment.
Technical Skills: PC literate with the ability to manage scheduling and digital communication effectively.
Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail exceptional self-discipline and the ability to work effectively with diverse personalities.
