Job Summary

Our client is looking to expand their sales team and are seeking high-caliber Native German speakers for Sales Development Representative (SDR) roles. They require confident professionals with exceptional verbal communication skills and a native-level command of the language.

Duties & Responsibilities

Our client islooking to expand their sales team and are seeking high-caliber Native German speakers for Sales Development Representative (SDR) roles. Theyrequire confident professionals with exceptional verbal communication skills and a native-level command of the language.

The Role:

The primary focus is Outbound Appointment Setting. SDRs will be responsible for proactive outbound prospecting and qualifying leads to book high-quality meetings for our Account Executives.

Project Variety: Our SDRs work across multiple projects simultaneously. We need adaptable individuals who can pivot between different industries and value propositions effectively.

Technical Requirements: Candidates must have a reliable Fiber internet connection with a minimum line speed of 20 Mbps Upload and 20 Mbps Download.

Experience & Mindset: Candidates must have prior SDR experience and a genuine passion for the hunt. While leads are provided the role is heavily focused on cold calling; candidates must be resilient and highly motivated by this environment.

Location: Candidates must be based in South Africa.

Working Hours & Holidays:

Standard shifts: Monday to Friday 08:00 17:00 or 09:00 18:00.

Holiday Policy: We work on South African public holidays and observe all German public holidays off instead. We are open to discussing leave flexibility should a candidate wish to swap specific days.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: Up to R36500 per month.

Monthly Bonus: Up to R21875 based on performance.

Equipment: Full IT equipment will be provided by the company.
