These individuals analyse client needs implement software solutions and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.Role Summary
The Manager is a leadership role that oversees the planning design and execution of middleware integration strategies across the organization. With deepexpertisein SAP PI/PO Informatica SLT and BODS the Manager ensures best practices are followed manages team delivery and serves as the primary liaison between business and technical stakeholders. The role demands strong architectural knowledge project management experience and the ability to mentor teams while ensuring alignment with organizationalobjectives.
Key Responsibilities
Define integration architecture and strategy aligned with enterprise IT goals.
Lead the development and governance of middleware practices across projects.
Ensure team delivery across SAP PI/PO Informatica BODS and SLT platforms.
Liaise with business units to translate requirements into integration solutions.
Review and approve high-level and detailedintegrationdesign documents.
Manage resourcing timelines and budgets for integration projects.
Drive adoption of DevOps and automation inintegrationlifecycle.
Establish and enforce data quality security and compliance controls.
Provide leadership in incident and change management processes.
Coach and develop a high-performing middleware integration team.
Qualifications and Skills
7 years of experience in middleware and integration solutions.
Expertisein SAP PI/PO Informatica SLT and BODS.
Proven leadership in project delivery team management and architecture design.
Strong understanding of enterprise systems and data governance.
Excellent communication planning and organizational skills.
Experience with ITIL and Agile methodologies is a plus.
