Job Description
- As per the Care Plan-assist residents in:
- dressing
- bathing/showering
- eating
- toileting
- transferring
- mobility
- preparing breakfast according to the posted menu and resident preference
- Assumes responsibility for the maintenance of patient programming/rehabilitation in groups or individually
Communicate changes in a patients functional status as related to individual or group programming
