Were hiring a Head of Business Operations to keep the business running cleanly as volumes increase. This role is about bringing clarity consistency and follow-through so great plans turn into finished work and high standards hold as we grow.
Its a senior leadership role for someone who enjoys building strong operating systems in a delivery focused business. Youll work closely with the executive team and partner with the founder as we move into the next stage of growth.

Your new gig
Your role is to keep the business running smoothly as things get bigger and busier. Youll be responsible for:
- Setting and maintaining a clear weekly rhythm so priorities stay sharp
- Improving how teams work together with cleaner handovers and less rework
- Making key processes and obligations visible and easy to manage
- Owning the core systems that give the business reliable real time visibility
- Sharing simple reporting that shows flow bottlenecks and stuck work
- Continuously improving how the business runs as build volumes increase
What you bring
- 8 years in senior operations or business operations roles
- A track record of improving execution in a delivery led environment
- A practical organised approach to getting things done
- Strong commercial instincts around margin cash flow and capacity
- A calm approachable leadership style with high standards
- Comfort working with executives and keeping teams aligned
