As part of the deployment and delivery team youll be key in shaping how we deliver the solution to our clients and partners. Together we develop a plan and strategy to best deploy and integrate our solution communicate with our customers and keep the main stakeholders engaged. Prior telco experience is not required for your application.
To support our exponential growth we are looking for a (Junior) Technical Project Manager (m/f/d) to join our team!
Tasks
What youll do
- Manage complextelecommunicationprojects end-to-end and act as the main point of contact for a customerscounterpart
- Set up timelines and progress tracking including regular meetings with thecustomer
- Take ownership for regular customer interactions incl. proper preparation of customer meetings with an agenda and slides/documents wherenecessary
- Identify and manage the project risks provide mitigations and resolution plans
- Coordinate company-internal tasks and work efforts and take ownership for producing excellent customer deliverables and exceeding customerexpectations
- Manage project execution; track project activitiesvia Jira supervise and handle changes conflicts and criticalissues
- Handle customer and partner engagement; build customer relationship confidence and trust ensuring project progress is communicated and arrange meetings and customerevents
- Develop a scalableand reproducibleapproach to project management of our deploymentprojects
Requirements
Our ideal new colleague
- Project Management experience with technical teams on large-scale and fast-paced projects
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate vertically and horizontally based on audience
- Experience managing cross-team projects with the ability to prioritizeworkloads
- Detail-oriented and able to workefficiently
- Experience with technical project management
- Experience owning customer engagement and being the go-to contact for customers in technical projects
- Fluency in English (C1/C2 level)
Nice to have
- Engineering degree in the Telecom/IT field
- Experience with IMS and/or other parts of telecommunication networks
- Certifications or training as Scrum Master Agile Coach etc.
- Experience with project management automation through Jira automation or other tools
- Fluency in German Spanish or French
