Your mission

  • Lead integrated distributed and cross-functional teams in the planning alignment and execution of the development and delivery of high-risk highly complex programs across the full product lifecycle

  • Ensure coordinated execution and the delivery of products that meet defined requirements and adhere to the highest quality standards

  • Serve as the primary liaison across all departments with responsibility for proactive risk management and effective mitigation strategies

  • Identify and recommend alternative solutions to resolve conflicts constraints and competing priorities

  • Act as the primary interface for stakeholders providing regular progress reports and clear briefings on overall program status

  • Support and contribute to related initiatives aimed at improving overall team performance and business outcomes as required

We are looking forward to

  • University degree in Engineering Computer Science Information Technology or a comparable field combined with proven experience in program and/or project management including risk management in complex environments
  • Strong technical foundation with a solid understanding of project management methodologies and end-to-end development lifecycles; certifications in Project Program Risk Management and/or Agile methodologies (e.g. PMP PRINCE2 SAFe Scrum) are highly desirable
  • Demonstrated ability to plan structure and execute programs effectively with a high level of attention to detail and the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and environments.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory; German language skills are considered a strong advantage
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to interact confidently and effectively across all organizational levels
  • Strong interpersonal leadership and problem-solving skills including the ability to facilitate collaboration mediate conflicts and work independently with minimal supervision
