Job Summary
Our client in the telecommunications sector is looking for a Design System Lead on a contract duration of 12 months.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Design System Lead to own evolve and govern our enterprise design system across digital products and platforms. This role sits at the intersection of design product and engineering ensuring that design standards are scalable accessible and consistently applied across all customer touchpoints. The Design System Lead will be responsible for defining the visual language component architecture interaction patterns and usage guidelines that enable teams to design and build efficiently while maintaining a unified brand and user experience. You will collaborate closely with product designers engineers and product teams to embed the design system into day-to-day delivery and long-term platform strategy. This role requires strong systems thinking deep UX and UI expertise and the ability to balance creativity with structure governance and technical feasibility in a complex multi-market environment.

Education / Business Degree
- 3 year Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design or Advertising
- 5 years experience in a Design and Multimedia
- Figma Adobe (design systems libraries variables documentation)
- Exposure to front-end frameworks and designengineering workflows (e.g. React)
- Must be a team player
- Must have strong stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to act on own initiative and make decisions.
- Ability to direct others appropriately.
- Must be proactive and able to work independently and collaboratively
