Compliance & Safety:Ensure 100% compliance with labor laws Factory Act CLRA ESI PF and promote a strong safety culture.
HR Operations:Manage payroll HRIS compensation & benefits and HR administration.
Stakeholder Liaison:Act as the primary contact for labor departments factories inspectorate and local authorities.
Culture & Engagement:Champion a positive work environment drive employee engagement and reinforce company values.
Essential Skills & Experience:
MBA/PGDM in HR from a reputed institute.
Extensive experience (10-20 years) in HR leadership with significant time in plant HR in heavy industries (Steel Metals Heavy Engineering).
Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and factory administration.
Proven ability in managing large workforces including contract labor and handling unions.
Experience with HR transformation and digital tools (HRMS/ERP like SAP).
Excellent communication negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
