Boston Speech Therapy is actively seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team on a part-time basis. With a competitive pay rate between $80 and $90 per hour this position offers flexibility and the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals facing communication challenges. This role will be mostly evaluations.

As a Speech Language Pathologist you will assess and treat clients with a range of speech and language disorders in a supportive and collaborative environment. This role allows for a flexible schedule tailored to your availability making it a perfect fit for professionals looking to balance work with personal commitments.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess speech and language capabilities of clients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
• Provide direct therapy services to improve communication skills.
• Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
• Document therapy sessions and client progress accurately and in a timely manner.
• Stay informed on the latest trends and best practices in speech-language pathology.

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current state licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist
• Experience in clinical or educational settings preferred
• Strong assessment and treatment planning skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Flexibility to manage a part-time schedule

Full-time

1099 contract till the end of the year

$80-90 per hour
