Boston Speech Therapy is actively seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team on a part-time basis. With a competitive pay rate between $80 and $90 per hour this position offers flexibility and the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals facing communication challenges. This role will be mostly evaluations.
As a Speech Language Pathologist you will assess and treat clients with a range of speech and language disorders in a supportive and collaborative environment. Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations to assess speech and language capabilities of clients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
- Provide direct therapy services to improve communication skills.
- Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
- Document therapy sessions and client progress accurately and in a timely manner.
- Stay informed on the latest trends and best practices in speech-language pathology.
Requirements - Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current state licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist
- Experience in clinical or educational settings preferred
- Strong assessment and treatment planning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Flexibility to manage a part-time schedule

1099 contract till the end of the year
