Little nationally recognized as a Best Firm to Work For and one of the nations most progressive design firms is seeking an Architectural Technician with a positive collaborative work style for our Retail Studio in our Orlando FL office.
Responsibilities include:
- Interfacing with a major retailer with a multi-state footprint.
- Design and construction document development for execution of retail projects.
- Attending site surveys and developing building as-builts.
- Overall team collaboration to ensure and complete project assignments and reviews.
Ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications and characteristics:
- Technical degree in drafting or Bachelors degree in architecture
- 3-5 years of post-graduate professional experience.
- Solid understanding of drafting techniques and familiarity with architectural terminology
- Proficient Revit skills required; AutoCAD knowledge and experience a bonus; Photoshop InDesign or additional graphic skills preferred.
- The ideal candidate is comfortable and adept at working on multiple fast-paced projects.
- Candidate will be a solid self-starter creative thinker and independent problem solver.
- Self-motivated candidates demonstrating a proactive work ethic are ideal.
- A commitment to sustainability as a responsible business practice and approach to design.
