Were looking for an Environmental Project Manager to take the lead on a mix of office and field-based environmental this role youll manage project budgets and schedules work closely with clients and regulators support field crews and help keep projects running smoothly and safely from start to finish. Youll also play a key part in bidding new work building cost estimates and mentoring team members as the business grows.



What Youll Do

  • Manage environmental projects from planning through completion including budgets schedules reporting and overall project performance
  • Coordinate with clients regulators internal teams subcontractors and field crews to meet project and compliance requirements
  • Prepare cost estimates budgets work plans and proposals for new and existing project opportunities
  • Oversee field activities site safety sampling programs and compliance monitoring to ensure work is completed safely and to regulatory standards
  • Lead support and mentor field staff through training task delegation and ongoing project communication


Who You Are

  • You have a university degree or college diploma in Environmental Sciences or a related field with hands-on experience in environmental site assessment remediation and sampling (soil water air).
  • Youre comfortable working independently solving problems in the field and adapting to changing project needs while keeping timelines and budgets on track.
  • Youre a strong communicator who can work effectively with clients regulators First Nations subcontractors and internal teams.
  • Professional designations ( CET PMP EP) are considered an asset but not required.


What You Need

  • Ability to perform physically demanding field work including lifting up to 100 lbs standing for extended periods and working in challenging outdoor conditions.
  • Ability and willingness to travel frequently to multiple project sites across the North including remote locations
  • Willingness to work both in the office and in the field with exposure to weather dust noise mud water and other site conditions.
  • A valid drivers license and the ability to travel to remote project locations.
  • First Aid and WHMIS/TDG certifications (or willingness to complete training provided by KBL).
