The role
Step into a role where youll be the friendly face of the Garden Shopwelcoming visitors helping them choose from our curated product range and making sure every interaction feels warm easy and memorable. Youll play a key part in driving sales supporting daytoday store operations and keeping our displays looking great and aligned with seasonal themes.
Youll thrive in a fastpaced visitorfocused environment where every day is different. Balancing customer service with sales targets staying on top of stock levels and keeping the store running smoothly will be part of what makes your contribution so important.

What you will bring to the role
- A proactive energetic and reliable approachplus a genuine customer first mindset.
- Presentable confident teamoriented attitude with natural curiosity and a willingness to learn.
- Sales awareness and comfort engaging with visitors and supporting store promotions.
- Ability to stay motivated during busy periods and maintain strong visual merchandising standards.
- Strong communication skills and confidence asking questions assisting customers and adapting quickly.
- Previous customer service experience is idealbut not essential if you bring the right attitude.
What is an essential requirement:
- Must be willing and able to work on weekdays weekends public holidays and school holidays.
