Position Summary
This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of a national supply chain network.
AsDirector of Supply Chain Transformation you will define and lead the companys long-range U.S. supply chain strategydesigning the future-state network that enables growth resilience and competitive advantage. You will architect and deliver multi-year multi-site transformation programs that modernize distribution centers introduce automation and advanced technology optimize transportation and warehousing and redesign end-to-end flow paths across brands.
Operating with enterprise-wide influence you will guide high-value capital investments oversee large-scale operational redesigns and serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives. This role carries broad authority to set strategic direction govern transformation programs approve methodologies allocate resources and drive cross-functional alignment across Operations Engineering IT Finance Real Estate HR and external partners.
