With 100 locations and over 400 OB/GYNs and specialists across the country Womens Care provides comprehensive patient care in obstetrics gynecology gynecologic oncology urogynecology gynecologic pathology breast surgery genetic counseling maternal fetal medicine laboratory services and fertility.
As a Senior Financial Analyst you will be an asset to the rapid growth and success of not only the Finance team but also to the wider business transformation. You will be responsible for gathering and interpreting financial data to assist in key corporate financial decisions. Additionally you will cultivate company analyses and reporting on a monthly basis to compare our actual results to prior years budgets and forecasts while developing and implementing analytical tools to improve the understanding of company results in order to drive better quality decisions.
- Participate in the analysis of actual and projected financial performance and key performance indicators summarizing analysis and results identifying risks and opportunities and frame discussions for presentation to senior leadership and middle management.
- Act as the finance point of contact between physicians unit managers and regional directors.
- Manage the standard monthly reporting process.
- Work with management to identify revenue generating and expense management opportunities to improve financial performance while maintaining quality patient care.
- Develop projections and modeling for strategic and long-range planning for both ongoing and new corporate ventures.
- Evaluate and report the economic impact of projects trends and business conditions to senior management and others.
- Demonstrate and embody the Womens Care mission and core values.
- Compliance with all HIPAA rules regulations and guidelines.
- Other duties as assigned.
QualificationsQualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance preferred MBA strongly preferred.
- 4-8 years experience in the field or Finance or a related area.
- Strong comprehensive knowledge of corporate finance essentials & concepts.
- Financial modeling experience required.
- Strong MS Excel skills required.
- Knowledge and understanding of financial statements.
- Experience with Power BI data analytics or similar software strongly preferred.
- Experience with ERP systems Axiom Oracle NetSuite or similar program strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of Healthcare or Managed Care strongly preferred.
- Must be dependable reliable and punctual.
