About the Role:

Youll collaborate with business leaders across the organization work closely with major financial institutions and support the development of banking products foreign exchange processes and investment recommendations. What Youll do:

In this role you will support core treasury operations and financial decisionmaking by:

Daily Cash & Treasury Operations

• Balance daily cash activity and determine the companys cash position.

• Monitor and maintain positive pay for domestic cash management.

• Prepare cash flow forecasts and support shortterm liquidity planning.

• Compile transmit and present daily cash activity reports to executives and business stakeholders.

Banking & Payment Operations

• Administer the Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) Program.

• Maintain bank accounts documentation permissions and user access management.

• Support the implementation and maintenance of new banking products and services.

• Ensure strong internal controls are followed across all Treasury processes.

Financial Analysis & Strategic Support

• Create and maintain transaction records financial forecasts and management reporting tools.

• Perform foreign currency trades and support FX-related activities.

• Conduct research and prepare investment recommendations.

• Partner with business leaders to evaluate and address financial and operational challenges.

Education & Experience

• A 24year degree with relevant experience or 3 years of directly applicable work experience in Treasury Finance Accounting or a related field.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong adaptability and problemsolving abilities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a deadlinedriven environment.

• High level of accuracy confidentiality and professionalism.

• Proficiency with basic computer applications and the ability to learn new systems quickly.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.

Working Conditions

• Schedule: Occasional non-standard work hours or overtime may be required based on business needs.

• Environment: Professional office setting with a hybrid work model (combination of in-office and remote work).

• Tools & Equipment: Standard office equipment and computer-based systems.
