We have an exciting position available for a Multi Skilled Plumber to join us!
You will carry out the operational duties of an all-round multi-skilled operative including associated works across the full range of repairs services on all One Manchesters owned and managed properties. You will visit premises and properties to carry out maintenance repairrefurbishmentand renewal work to both tenanted and empty homes.
Whatwerelooking for:
To have served and completed a recognised trade apprenticeship orappropriate NVQL3 standard.
Evidence of key competencies specifically in plumbing (core trade) plasteringjoineryand tiling.
Working knowledge of legislation relating to H&S and CDM.
Experience of working within a customer facing environment offering excellent customer service.
The ability to work carefullymethodicallyand safely with good planning and organisational skills.
Be able to accurately record document and complete work activity through mobile devices or otherappropriate means.
As this role involves visiting our properties across Manchester you must hold a full UK driving licence.
