Strategic leadership role with whole-school responsibility for SEND
The role involves leading SEND provision across KS3 and KS4 working closely with senior leaders teaching staff families and external agencies to ensure pupils with additional needs are fully supported to achieve their potential. You will oversee EHCP processes manage interventions and champion inclusive practice across the school.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
NASENCO qualification (or willingness to complete within the required timeframe)
Proven experience supporting students with SEND in a secondary setting
Strong knowledge of EHCP processes and statutory SEND requirements
Ability to lead advise and support colleagues with confidence and clarity
Commitment to inclusive education and high expectations for all learners
