Position Objective
Design lead and consolidate the Corporate Administration strategy ensuring that Human Resources Technology Legal Audit and Business Intelligence functions efficiently securely and scalably support operations and the companys accelerated growth.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic leadership of Human Resources IT Legal Internal Audit Business Intelligence and General Services
Organizational scaling and development of a high-performance culture
Operational continuity cybersecurity and technology platforms
Implementation of Business Intelligence solutions and executive dashboards for decision-making
Legal labor and compliance management in digital environments
Internal audit and risk management without compromising business agility
Ensure corporate services are aligned with an agile and scalable operation
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Engineering Systems Law or a related field
10 years of experience in corporate administration or cross-functional roles
Minimum of 5 years in managerial positions reporting directly to the CEO / General Management
Proven experience leading multiple corporate functions
Advanced English (mandatory)
Masters degree or MBA preferred

Systems ERP platforms digital tools and cybersecurity
