Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Specialist

Bitrefill is remote-first and this is a full-time position.

Mission

As a Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Specialist youll shape how the world sees Bitrefill as a place to work and then deliver on that promise by finding and hiring exceptional people. Youll own our employer brand strategy bring it to life across our careers site and social channels and run end-to-end recruitment. This role is equal parts storytelling and talent hunting.

Your Responsibilities

Employer Branding

• Develop and execute our employer branding strategy to position Bitrefill as a destination for top talent in crypto and tech

• Own our employer brand presence -from careers site to social media- partnering with Marketing to showcase our culture and what its really like to work here

• Partner with internal teams to capture authentic stories team member spotlights and behind-the-scenes content

• Monitor employer brand perception and identify opportunities to strengthen our reputation in the talent market

• Stay on top of talent trends competitor positioning and whats working (or not) in employer branding

Recruitment

• Manage full-cycle recruitment across all departments from sourcing through offer

• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs craft compelling job descriptions and align on hiring strategy

• Source both active and passive candidates through creative channels going beyond the usual job boards

• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects our culture whether someone gets hired or not

• Track recruitment metrics and use data to continuously improve our processes

• Advise leadership on talent market dynamics and how we can stay competitive

• Contribute to broader HR team initiatives as we scale

Who You Are

• 5 years in recruitment with hands-on experience in employer branding content creation or talent marketing

• Crypto-native or deeply immersed in the space - you understand the culture the community and why this stuff matters

• Youve managed careers sites created social content or led employer branding campaigns - ideally all three

• Skilled at full-cycle recruiting across various functions and seniority levels

• Comfortable with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter etc.) and ATS platforms

• Strong writer who can adapt tone for different channels and audiences

• You get that employer branding isnt just marketing fluff - its about authentically representing who we are

• Excellent communicator who can partner effectively with hiring managers and leadership
