Requirements:
Valid Class A CDL
Must be 21 or older.
At least 1 year of tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years
Must have a good driving record can work with minor accidents.
Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
Medical Examiners Certificate
Must Pass a Pre-employment drug screen.
Must be able to drive a Manual Semi Truck.
Safety First Attitude with a proven driving record Responsibilities:
Driver will transfer freight to & from the Production Plant & Shipping Warehouse (Distance of 19 miles between facilities)
Driver occasionally has to load & unload freight with electric forklift. (on-site training)
Move trailers or containers within the shipping yard positioning them for loading & unloading.
Maintain accurate records and logs of driving hours.
Perform Daily Vehicle Inspection.
Comply with federal state and local regulations related to the transportation of goods.
Performs other duties as assigned.
