What Youll Do
Oversee daily branch operations with a sales-focused mindset.
Appraise and purchase gold jewelry and coins (full training provided).
Deliver exceptional consultative customer experiences.
Recruit train and manage local brand promoters.
Execute marketing initiatives to increase store visibility.
Attend occasional off-site visits (approximately 56 per year).
Who You Are

Confident professional and eager to learn.
Self-directed and excited by autonomy and ownership.
Prior sales or leadership experience is helpful but not required.

Availability TuesdaySaturday 10:00 AM6:00 PM.
Ability to commute to or relocate to Rancho Santa Margarita CA.
Willingness to complete 4 weeks of paid training in Valencia
housing accommodations provided for the training period
Spanish proficiency is a plus.
