SEND Department:
The SEND department provides tailored support for students with additional learning needs. The SENCO will lead SEND provision across the school coordinating interventions managing EHCP processes and working closely with teachers parents and external agencies.
Requirements
Qualified SENCO status or willingness to complete the qualification
Strong knowledge of SEND legislation and best practice
Experience supporting students with a range of needs
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage and review EHCPs
Commitment to inclusive education
