Pay Rate: 85115 per day depending on experience

Sensory processing challenges
Learning delays and developmental differences
Support may be delivered on a one-to-one basis or through small group interventions depending on individual needs. Some pupils may require consistent adult support throughout the school day while others may need targeted assistance during specific lessons or activities.
Key Responsibilities
As an SEN Teaching Assistant your responsibilities will include:
Providing tailored and consistent support to pupils with SEN
Supporting pupils to engage with lessons and learning activities
Working closely with class teachers to adapt resources and approaches
Implementing strategies outlined in EHCPs and individual support plans
Supporting emotional regulation and behaviour management
Encouraging positive communication and social interaction
Assisting pupils during transitions between lessons and activities
Supporting pupils during break times and lunchtime when required
Monitoring progress and recording observations
Providing feedback to teachers SENCOs and external professionals
Supporting personal care needs where necessary with dignity and respect
Promoting independence while maintaining appropriate support
Helping to create a safe inclusive and supportive learning environment
