Responsibilities

Join TeamViewer as an Intern in our Software Development team and help us explore cutting-edge technologies that shape the future of intelligent software.

• Design and develop new functionality for our software using coding languages but not limited to C and C#

• Collaborate closely with experienced engineers and researchers in a dynamic cross-functional team

• Optimize and enhance our software with new efficient algorithms and modern software technologies

• Translate ideas from whitepapers into efficient production-ready code

• Work independently on solutions for specified requirements

• Be responsible for adhering to time and quality specifications

• Monitor the latest technical developments on your field and make proposals for improvement

Requirements

• Youre currently enrolled in a university program in Computer Science Software Engineering Information Technology or any related subject

• Mandatory internship is in your curriculum and that you will use it (this is a must!)

• Solid programming experience in C

• Ability to write a robust code in C# is a plus

• Experience with Java Kotlin JavaScript TypeScript is a plus

• Solid experience with version control tools like Git

• Understanding of Clean Code and Design Patterns for object-orientated programming

• Fluency in English

• Previous experience through personal projects open-source contributions or internships in related areas is a plus

• Our Working Students in Germany receive a competitive monthly salary:

  • 1566 for a 20-hour/week contract

  • 1253 for a 16-hour/week contract

  • 1400 for a full-time internship position
