Responsibilities

We are looking for a Senior Financial Reporting Specialist (all genders) to join our international Record-to-Report team and help organize and improve the HR accounting closing process.

As a Senior Financial Reporting Specialist (all genders) you will be responsible for overseeing the full HR accounting cycle ensuring compliance with IFRS and internal controls. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including HR Operations Controlling Legal to support strategic decision-making and financial reporting.

• Become a Global Process Owner for defined IAS 19 and IFRS 2 areas.

• Support monthly quarterly and annual close processes including journal entries and reconciliations related to HR accounting and/or others.

• Collaborate with auditors during quarterly reviews and annual audits.

• Take full responsibility for HR Accounting areas and improve processes and our internal control system including drafting/revision of accounting manuals.

• Take full responsibility for the monthly closing of individual entities or other group accounting related tasks.

• Support and actively participate in accounting related projects.

Requirements

• Bachelors or masters degree in Accounting Management Economics (or equivalent)

• Very good understanding of general accounting principles

• IAS 19 and IFRS 2 knowledge and experience

• Professional certification in accounting or finance preferred(ACCA CPA CFA)

• Hands-on mentality

• Positive mindset

• At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role

• Process-driven

• Technical experience with accounting software

• Personal responsibility ability to work independently and against timelines and enjoyingchanges and innovations
