Responsibilities

Are you a salesperson at heart Then join our sales team as a Sales Representative (all genders) for the German speaking markets and be responsible for establishing successful new business relationships resulting in the companys growth!

• Establish and expand business relationships with TeamViewer customers via telephone e-mail and chat

• Identify cross and up-sell potentials and distribute the entire TeamViewer product platform

• Negotiate sales contracts and close deals while maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions to ensure that your monthly goals are met

• Collaborate with other departments such as Customer Support and Retention to ensure a high level of service satisfaction

• Stay on top of industry trends competitors and market conditions

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English is mandatory further languages are a plus

• Experience in sales ideally with up-selling and cross-selling

• Ideally experience in the IT environment with SaaS knowledge

• Strong communication skills positive attitude willingness to learn and enjoy working in an international team
